About

Who Am I? At a glance

I was born in 2002 in England, United Kingdom. I was raised there for 6 years after which my family moved back to Pakistan. After graduating high school, I got accepted into Illinois Institute of Technology where I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence.

During high school, I enrolled in a computer science course for the first time. Unfortunately, my teacher was not the best, and I was left to fend for myself. Since the subject was important to me, instead of dropping it I decided to use it as an experiment to see how much I could teach myself using resources I had gathered on my own. I spent countless hours reading textbooks, watching YouTube videos and taking notes. To my surprise, I got the highest grade in my province on the final board exam, and received an award for my accomplishment. From that day forward, I had learned a valuable lesson: a person who has the ability to teach themselves can accomplish anything they set their mind to.

This experience sparked a love for skill acquisition within me. I wanted to learn as much as I could about the science behind human learning and productivity. I spent most of my time reading books and applying the principles I learn. In June 2022, I started my own blog where I share insights into what I have gathered, so I can inspire others to tame their attention and achieve.
